First County Bank Uses Social Media and Apple iPad 3 to Promote Community Awareness

First County Bank recently announced the launch of its 2012 iPad 3 Sweepstakes offering the public an unbeatable opportunity to experience online community banking.  The social media based promotion combines a chance to win an Apple iPad 3 through the viral-marketing power of Facebook and Twitter.  This year one lucky winner will receive an Apple iPad 3.

“Last spring, our Amazon Kindle campaign was such a success we wanted to continue the fun,” said Karen Kelly, chief marketing officer for First County Bank.

The iPad 3 sweepstakes started on Sept. 17, 2012 and ends at 9 a.m. on Oct. 31, 2012.  It is currently promoted on the company’s Website, www.firstcountybank.com, on in-branch flyers and on social media sites.   More details on the sweepstakes can be found at www.firstcountybank.com/officialrules.
