Earl “Tripp” Moore recently joined First County Bank as an assistant vice president, commercial lending officer. His primary responsibilities include develop, underwrite and administer lending relationships with businesses in lower Fairfield County.
Moore has been working in the financial services industry since 1993. He brings experience in private banking, financial advisory services and sales to this position. Prior to joining First County Bank, Moore was a commercial lending officer at Connecticut Community Bank in Greenwich managing a $40 million portfolio and supervising the administration and operations of the loan portfolio.
“Tripp brings strong sales skills and a thorough knowledge of commercial banking products and services to First County,” said Rey Giallongo, president of First County Bank. “His lending background coupled with credit analysis and financial advisory services will help First County Bank further build its commercial lending portfolio.”
In addition to Connecticut Community Bank, Moore has worked at Fifth Third Bank, Northern Trust Bank and Morgan Stanley.
Moore earned a master’s degree in business with a concentration in finance from the Carroll Graduate School of Management at Boston College and earned a bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Michigan. He lives in Greenwich, Conn. with his wife Laura and two children.
